Marina, you've been to another trip recently ?

The face with the cloth is very attractive - sufficient to paint an strong portrait. I also consider the flower an unnecessary distraction.

Seems that the focus is slightly off the eyes.

I love the texture and color of the fabric with the smoothness and color of the skin. Excellent work!

This is a superb portrait. I was immediately drawn to the subject's eyes. The white sky in the upper right is a distraction that probably couldn't have been avoided. Congratulations!

Hi Marina:

Simply can't image how the lighting, exposure or composition could be better. Maybe a tad tighter crop to eliminate some the bright sky? Maybe not. In the end, it's all about the gaze. Intense, but seemingly not unfriendly. Magnificent! --jim

Marina, it's a beautiful capture. The intensity of the eyes is mesmerizing. I particularly like the shredded cloth around the mouth. I don't think you should crop the right as it would break the flow of the garment and the light falling on the shoulder. I do have a request though. There are comments made about features of the image which you appear to have corrected. In not having seen the original it's difficult to benefit from the critique. Perhaps you could include a link to the original in the comments, or post the revised photo as a second upload.
