Oops - wrong leaf, should have picked the green one!

Kim, I'd like to test your sense of humor if I may ( and also borrow your D-100 ) . Sometimes, we all have what is known as 'Title Block' . That moment in time when no matter how hard we try - we cannot come up with just the right title. Is this an example of that ? ..................... (-;

Okay, fine - if anyone has a better title (shouldn't be hard), please suggest one!!! :) Definitely a case of "title block".

Gee, Ken, I am overwhelmed by your titling skill! :) I was kind of thinking of "I know if I sit here long enough, I will turn red!", but it's kind of long....

Taken today at the Botanical Gardens. Thought the bright red leaf

made a nice contrast to the lizard.

Very nice; great composition. Might be a bit better if there was more contrast between the branch and the lizard.

Not that easy to do, Jim - lizards tend to blend in with their surroundings and sometimes match them perfectly, I've noticed. Thanks for your comments and rating.

I just came from Néstor's picture and still have the creeps, and this lizard isn't helping! Ken's right. It needs a better title, something like "Oops - wrong leaf, should have picked the green one!". Or how about: "Oops - wrong leaf, should have picked the green one!"? :-)

Michael, my lizard isn't all gross and bubbly like Nestor's picture!! He's pretty and peaceful. Oh, and thanks for the title!!!! :) You're sneaky - now it looks like YOU thought it up. The original title was "Lizard - Bright Leaf!". Pretty blah, eh?
