Wall shadow

MichaelChang

I'm not the crack-in-the-sidewalk brick-study sort of photographer, but figure I should at least try it once to learn what the excitement is all about. Well, here it is, and turns out there CAN be some excitement, albeit different from the night landscapes I'm used to. This photo is of a candle holder on a church interior wall; the object is actually quite small relative to the enormity of the church. What caught my eye was the shadow cast by the overhead light and figure I'd do a wall and shadow in one shot. Not that I can claim to have beaten the subject to death, but at least I can say I've tried it. Comments welcome, especially from you veteran brick and shadow experts.
