Log, Gnat Creek (uncropped version)

Although the placement of the log is in the 'departing' end of the frame in your original post, this one leaves me with more of a 'water-rushing-by' impression. I feel like the log could be swept away more readily. Plus, seeing beneath the log a bit more implies it's about to 'teeter' over the edge...

Whod've thought there'd be so much in the placement of a log? ;)
