Wonderful colour,and very well composed shot,really do like this!!!

ok, this is going to sound nitpicky, but i would have preferred to see more color in the leaf in the middle (its fairly dark) and perhaps less so on the leaf at the bottom. kinda inversion of the color. idk, that's just me. good DOF.

Nice lighting. I like the fact that the focus is on the lighting rather than the coloring.

Thanks for your comment and I appreciate your suggestion. The leaf in question however was very dark already from having changed color, so I was focusing mainly on the way the light was playing with the texture and colors.

More than composition, what intrigues me is the lighting. A perfect balance between backlighting and sidelighting. You have used Velvia well and ' appreciate the metering considering fact that it was taken with an FE2.
