Rose 16

I know this is a flower but it makes me think gills. I think this is very pretty, but what will the master think?

The master gave me a 5 yesterday--now I'm truly blessed. I like your comparison to gills . . . A Z gives it a 5, too.

I was drawn to this as I have been trying similar shots myself, as the shapes are fascinating.

Thanks everyone for the comments. Alethea, I shot a number of these on a rainy day. Will load a dahlia shot this weekend, which I think worked better than this one!!
