Daniel, I might suggest cropping out the swan in the lower portion. It is too distracting. The rest, though a little chaotic, appear in good contrast against the water and the ducks who have mixed with them. The pier is a nice clean line with which my eyes have a place to rest.

with all respect: my feeling is that the peer line and the fence line are in balance, also, i find the swan behind the fence to be maybe the most attractive part of the photo, so i prefer to keep it... but thanks! :-) regards, dv
