Baked Alaska

I prefer baked Alaska this way rather than your other view of the dessert. I think the dish and its contents play well against the somewhat surreal table settings in the background. The only thing I question is the transparent square with which you have placed over the B.A. which I think is unnecessary.

Jack, thanks for your usually helpful, right-on comments. Quite honestly, after first reading them, I tried retracing my steps in creating this composite with a hope that I could eliminate the square. Yet, the more I stare at the image, the more it appeals to me - probably explained by an appeal to my personal tastes.
