FranzWeber 368 Posted July 7, 2021 The Train of Remembrance was a "rolling exhibition" in Germany and Poland, which from 2007 to 2013 commemorates the deportation of several hundred thousand children from Germany and the rest of Europe on the rail network with the Deutsche Reichsbahn to the National Socialist concentration and extermination camps. In the train I found on a list a woman with the same last name as one of my colleagues. I called him and he told me that it was bhis aunt. She was deported to Auschwitz and she survived that.
