it's nice to be able to write comments on your images again. You have been praised for the beauty of this seemingly simple abstract righjtly, because it is all my fellow PN'ers say it is. What makes it unique and a typically yours in my eyes, is the fact that you not only have 'seen' this gem, but worked meticulously to get the exposure spot-on, the composition to be fascinating and the small details in the material and structure to support the image as a whole. That is no small attainment. And let's not forget the toothed upper edge of the grate's shadow, great detail! Into my favorites! Kind reagards. Vincent

Thank you Senesi. I have been quite thirsty for your view on the human environment. This truly stands out from the many attempts to capture the whims of light, and the superb advantage photography presents us with. But not everyone can, with the sole image, write all over it, as if invisible graffiti, your full name. A deep, respectful Japanese bow...which in and by itself carries soooo much meaning. DG
