abstract world illuminated

a mysterious image! I don't know how much of this image was created in post processing, but it looks like a 'ghost exposure'. In your settings I see what seems like 14 seconds, which would also partly explain the red and purple colors, but that would mean also that the guy on the left has been standing really still. But I could be wrong of course. Kind regards, Vincent
