I think you're right about the fact that this mountain ridge is good from any distance or angle; it's highly photogenic (in the hands of a good photographer). Once again, the viewer's eye is skilfully led from the interesting vegetation on the foreground via the meandering water to the beautifully lit peaks in the distance. I like the composition, but wonder whether it wouln't have been better without the bright white rock center left and the light on the mountain upper left.
