jekamobile 110 Posted July 22, 2020 Thank you! Parks of Canada placed lots of efforts to keep this spot almost untouchable by humans. Camping rules a very strict: no fire, no waste behind you, all food in special bear-proof canisters. All human waste is removed by helicopters regularly. There are very harsh and unpredictable weather conditions. If you are not lucky you may get stuck for several days up there. There are couple of very steep spots, which can be dangerous if it is raining or snowing to go thru. Without fire it is not very comfortable to be there. Link to comment
vincentoiseau 83 Posted July 22, 2020 Hi Evgeny, the breathtaking colors of this sunrise could easily make make you forget about what is needed to get images like this. I'm glad you included a description of the conditions you were in when you made this photo (probably again with the Sigma 14-24 mm 2.8). I like the detail on the rocks in the foreground. I'm not sure, but I think the image needs a slight rotation to the right. Another great image! Kind regards, Vincent Link to comment
jekamobile 110 Posted July 23, 2020 Thank you, Vincent. Yes, you are right - Sigma is my working horse now. Love it. And totally agree with rotation. I missed that, what a shame. It is funny. I have two identical pictures in the row. I worked on both. One isn't crooked at all. I picked that one. Link to comment
