LONE LEAF.

how remarkable to put so much emphasis on the leaf in the foreground with all this landscape greatness! You must have been focus stacking, editing the exposure of fore- and background to get this amazing result, even considering the smokiness of the clouds, making the mountains in the background almost appear purple. I love the motion blur in the water. This is an awesome composition, leading the viewer's eye smoothly from foreground to background. Very well done! Kind regards, Vincent

Thank you, Vincent, for such a detailed review. Actually, this is one shot, without focus stacking. I have a remarkable lens by Sigma 14-24 F/2.8 which allows me to get the quite short hyperfocal distance. It was low light conditions, I cranked my ISO to lowest 50 units to blur the water at f/13. In general, I like to place something at the foreground. This creates a 3D effect. Thanks, again. It is nice to chat with you!

Thank you, Bill, for the comment. Due to heavy overcast dynamic range between foreground and sky was not that wide. I managed to take a photograph with no filters at all. Simply I didn't have one. For such a wide focal range lens it is hard to find a filter. The lens has a bulbous front almost like a fisheye. But! This provides minimum to no distortion. Here - one shot, no focus stacking, filters.
