Monk parakeet ( Myiopsitta monachus) preparing the nest

Monk parakeet (Myiopsitta monachus). I photographed these parakeets while they were preparing to nest carrying twigs. Unlike other birds, the parakeets carry the branches, even bulky ones, holding them with the beak at the just cut end. Nikon D850, Nikon 300mm, f / 4, 1/4000 sec, ISO 200. Thanks for your comments
