Nice, I've been trying to sneak up on a pair at Hi;;side Beach but they take off before I can focus on them. Oh well I'll keep trying.

Thank you, Dave, for watching. I normally do not try to sneak up on birds. Instead, I first watch how they move, then select a spot in advance where I would like to photograph them, and wait if they move around places where I want them to be. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Best regards, Sandor
