1/51 sec - f/2.8. Shot in the wild, but I had to hold the snake in my left hand while I shot with my right. (I prefer to get "candid" shots of snakes whenever possible.)

though some people don't find snakes attractive?

sorry I can't really answer your question as i have always been a big Reptile fan, so i might be a bit bias. Great shot anyway.
