Grazie Mille Giangiorgio! Actually, this pair are not Peregrine Falcon but they are Red-tailed Hawk and I've never since Red-tailed Hawk do the food transfer.

This sure look exactly like a food transfer but it's actually is a food robbing in progress , I think. One bird got the prey and two other chase him to rob him, I think. I've never seen this before to say that definitely though.
