Phil_Light 794 Posted March 23, 2020 Thanks all, appreciate the kind comments. Interestingly enough, this series is not infrared. Due to the high altitude (8000 ft), the sky is normally very deep Blue. On conversion to black and white, it is regularly rendered deep grays to blacks. I do have some infrared on ghost towns, but never had the IR camera with me in Bodie. Usually you'll see much softer detail in many places with the reflective nature on infrared spectral range.
