Dear Pierre, Tatiana, and Daniel: Please forgive this consolidated response. When I looked again at the original, full color image, I wasn't sure about it. I liked the position of the music stand relative to the musicians, and I alway liked how the foreground musician's hand almost seemed to touch the background musician's hand. What I wasn't sure about was the the significant volume of scratches on a glass barrier, the bottom of which I had cropped out. Converting the original to b&w made the scratches more visible. That helped me to decide to continue. I am grateful to all of you for your time and your supportive remarks. - - My best always, michael
