Father & Son

This landscape and its two figures has promise however I think it would have been better either to get closer to the father and his son or to have waited until there was a little more separation between the two. I think you tried to catch both the human interest and the attractive setting and in this case, at least for me, the result falls somewhere in between.

Thanks for the feedback, Jack. Sadly, I have no idea when I'll be back in this location (Montauk, NY). I'm going to try revising the image and I'll post it so that, if you wish, you can compare the two.
