michaellinder 16,611 Posted October 1, 2019 Ken, this scene looks quite familiar. Indeed, I remember commenting on another image involving the same harpist. This image, however, does not include his mode of transportation, including a trailer for the harp. I prefer it to the other, even though they are equal in quality. Here, the harpist has set up in front of a stone wall and an area of vegetation, allowing the viewer to avoid being distracted by other extraneous elements. One needs to conjecture whether, at the time you shot this photo, other people were listening to his music. I'd really like to think that he is either practicing or, better still, playing for the sake of the music only. And so, because of my own lifelong love of music, I find that the image has a string emotional pull. - - My best, michael Link to comment

pablowarko 1 Posted October 4, 2019 Looks like he is concentrating very hard on his music, Ken. I'm not sure why he picked this position while playing the harp. Excellent tones, light and composition. Best regards, Paul. Link to comment
