When I look at this image the first thing that comes to mine is "what is the subject"? Is it the buildings, the windows? Why is it leaning? The blurring and extreme over-processing makes this image a little difficult to look at. Sorry, just being honest.

When I seen this image, the first thing that came to my mind was the silent movie from 1927, "Metropolis", I like what you have done in post processing and how you have presented it, well done.
