A delightful tender shot, Giangiorgio! Perfectly captured! At first it was funny to me. And then the question arose, who warms the other four chicks? I wonder how many of them will become adults? You are a great master! Bravo! Sincerely, Tatiana

Dear Tatiana, thank you for your nice comment. The chicks of this bird are autonomous from when they are born and go immediately in search of food, when the mother perceives a danger launches the cries of alarm and the little ones take refuge under the belly of the mother, I am following this family from birth and for the moment they are all alive .

Despite the element of parental love and protection which I mentioned in connection with the companion image, Giangiorgio, this one made me chuckle. It may be a bit banal, but I see a slightly off-the-wall bit of humor in the possibility you discovered a news species of bird, one with 6 legs. - - My best always, michael - - Ciao!

Thanks a lot Michael for your nice comment. Many times the photos really look very funny, and they provoke a smile, in this picture there are only six legs in others there are more than double
