For GIangiorgio Crisponi

Not too long ago, Giangiorgio posted a photograph that I found to be highly creative and entirely original in its design. The bottom third portrayed a structure - its roof and some adornments (belonging to a museum if I remember correctly), but the top two-thirds showed a night sky and a diagonal succession of moon phases in it. Clearly, my image does not in any way resemble his, but my immediate impression when I decided to do post work on it was that it somehow reminded me of it.

Thank you Michael for this beautiful night image that made you remember my photo of the eclipse that you described so well. In fact, the roof of the museum shows the triangular shape that we find duplicated in your image and in the right of your photo there is a series of diagonal V-shaped lamps that resemble the sequence of the moon.
