michaellinder 16,611 Posted March 20, 2019 Marvelous, emotion-laden, image, Ken. It hit me directly where I live (seniorhood). Stephanie's remark about the man's hand positions is spot on. In addition, I really like how the woman's eyes can't be seen, which gives the image a bit of ambiguity. One doesn't know whether she's talking to her companion, staring into space, or just looking down. On the presumption that they're married, at their stage in life, they don't need to hold hands, to speak to each other.
