Ken Ratcliffe 103,375 Posted March 16, 2019 Michael, this is a kind of scary image, how do you think of them ? Love the colours and composition, the colours lighten the scary impact and give the presentation a little warmth. Very good, best regards Ken. Link to comment
michaellinder 16,611 Posted March 16, 2019 Ken, when I completed ,my post work on this image, I felt I had achieved somewhat of a surrealistic look and feel. I can see, though, why you thought the image is scary. I don't find it that way, though. My feeling is quite different about a b&w abstract I very recently posted as well. Thanks so very much for your astute observations and your compliment. - - My best, michael Link to comment
bruckner 518 Posted March 17, 2019 Nice compositions and colours that make this abstract to stand out, good work. Link to comment
tai 3 Posted March 17, 2019 Michael, your Heady caught my eyes! We can assume he is somewhat stupid, because his brains are enslaved. Wonderful abstract image, I like it. Bravo!!!Sincerely, Tatiana Link to comment
vincentoiseau 83 Posted March 19, 2019 Hi Michael, I can see where the scary notion mentioned by Ken is coming from. There is something alarming about non-animate things that have human traits; you have presented the prison inside of the head very well, leaving room for all kinds of interpretation. I like the look of this image, but I think you could have cropped it a bit on the left side to exclude the corner of the table. Kind regards, Vincent Link to comment
DGorinstein 20 Posted March 20, 2019 Hello Michael. I dare comment that you appear to be chasing the limits of a purely neuronal process of the subconscious through photography. I "see" the tri-dimensional graphic planes I believe you are trying to encompass. A uniquely distinctive and out-popping that stops the viewer in his/her tracks. Truly unique and original work.DG Link to comment
