michaellinder 16,611 Posted February 24, 2019 Radu, initially I found the way that only some of the small white flowers (those in the foreground) are quite sharp quite fascinating, since their presences occupies most of the frame. The leaf colors are vivid and complement each other well, and the verdant green background seems to tie everything together. Those two leaves are dramatically sharp, without being oversharpened. - - - My compliments to the artist (you, Radu), michael Link to comment

krpradu 125 Posted February 25, 2019 Michael, thanks for observation and comment, indeed those small white flowers even in front layer are not main subject ,as you observed flower and leaf were in my attention to show them as much as possible in clarity.I was always attracted by small things in nature . vincentoiseau 83 Posted February 25, 2019 Hi Radu, I'm only seeing this photo just now; I would call it a miniature, as that is the name which is given to works of art (mostly drawings and small paintings) that depict a small 'corner' of nature. The fallen leaf and the chosen angle make this beautiful photo much more than a typical flower picture. The DoF is marvelous, as is your way of seeing this subject and translating it into a wonderful image. Kind regards, Vincent Link to comment
