A Fashionable Apparition

A white, red, and blue apparition to boot! Very patriotic, for sure. Must be the ghost of Trump past.

Now for a serious review . . . By all rights, I should be tearing out my hair in desperation over not being able to make sense of this image. But, you know I like photographic puzzles. Initially I felt that the camera was pointed to a window and that the apparition is a reflection. But then, I saw the short diagonal wall toward the bottom right. This convinced red me that my first thought was immaterial (bad pun, I know). The apparition fits well between the tree and the rectangle object to its right, and I am entirely comfortable with that.

Michael, Franz, Holger, Patrick - Thanks for taking the time to comment. I took this picture almost two years ago. Usually I can recall the circumstances of the photo but with this one I can remember nothing so in this case I'll have to go along with Holger.

Again, your trademark: multidimensional, photographically bi-dimensional. And the piercing and lingering questions: the obvious and the deeper. So, here I go, even it is hard to overwhelm you with adjectives or superficial comments of the most obvious but most elegant. This is truly a ONE-OF-A-KIND- photograph. Current, actual, present (i.e. modern). I bow in thanks for showing me your unique, quiet and remote like a Zen Garden, some Koans you bring upon us like this time. My honest bow or respect. Very nice abstract treatment, and use of colors. Multiple planes add an almost mystical quality.
