An exercise in the theater of the absurd . . . both literally and figuratively. DJT's entire fascination and fixation with his wall is literally absurd. There's no funding for it in the budget, and this lunatic continues to espouse the theory that he can black mail the country to get it. Figuratively, unless the "wall" depicted here is situated in Lilliput, it is quite absurd. If I were a Liiliputian, I never could scale it. Thanks for the allegory!

There's one thing you have to give DT credit for, one way or another he's got everybody tuned into his reality show, even though it seems, as you say, far more theater of the absurd than any reality I'm familiar with. That poor white line just won't hold back the caravan of bogeymen pressing to cross over. Build the wall!

Excellent image that depicts your Title so well. Here in Canada unfortunately we are bombarded with it all on a daily basis and it is affecting our lives tremendously. There has to come a time when Common Sense and Humanity prevail - keep telling myself it just can't be 'real'. Build a wall but against what or who ?? I noticed the grate to a Sewer near the wall.........maybe it will act as a sieve to hold onto what we once knew as real and good - and let the flotsam and all that is gnarly go down into the darkness. Obviously I have no answers. We are sharing the extremely cold temperatures that are in the U.S. right now, darn right freezing but I cannot complain - still have a home against the winds that blow so fiercely outside my office window - I am blessed. But that wind reminds me of the Political Climate that is so unstable. Makes me long for the days when I was just a kid - times seemed so simpler then. I hope things are better where you live Jack. One thing remains constant - your excellent, sharp and clear images. Bravo !
