michaellinder 16,613 Posted January 20, 2019 Jack, I see you've entered territory that is replete with mystery and its own unique sort of beauty. The image's perspective, as if you were standing above the fascinating amalgam of objects, afforded me another glimpse into the uniqueness that is the McRitchie universe. A fascinating supporting role is played by the variety of textures. --- Yet another favorite. Link to comment
patrickcompagnucci 30 Posted January 20, 2019 Gets me wondering whether the trash in this bin is styled or random. Either way it's a wonderful image. Link to comment
hstelljes 41 Posted January 20, 2019 I'm concerned this might end up in space with the others. Good catch................Holger Link to comment

wolfgangarnold 142 Posted January 20, 2019 Jack, you dare to point your camera where most of us wouldn't even bother to throw a glance at. You are rewarded with unexpected discoveries of which we aren't aware that they exist. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 20, 2019 Intriguing and strange. Looks like the unearthing of a fossile TV-dinner! Link to comment
vincentoiseau 83 Posted January 22, 2019 Hi Jack, although there are already many well-worded comments here, I just want to add that you did something here that is well beyond what most photographers do. It's not the fact that you point your camera down a bin, but the way you approach this subject as if it were like any other that you would want to capture; that is very inspiring to me, as I have seldom tried a similar approach in such a consistent way. Kind regards, Vincent Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 286 Posted January 23, 2019 Very disgusting, Jack! Bravo! Cheers to that! PDE Link to comment
DGorinstein 20 Posted January 23, 2019 Hard to miss....inescapable to the edge of human quasi 180 degrees. Allow me to apply the basic message and essence to the three previous of your showings. I probably started "left-to-right" in the order three of your photos are presented by the program and algorithms behind this crazy new technology. This a huge statement. Graphical and powerful, bringing reality so terribly close to us. Photographically impeccable...psychologically and striking, looking into the dark pits of what humans waste, and how our species do it. Your masterful POV takes us to a bottomless well, or ocean hole in the Marianas Trench. Again, thank you. Arigato gosaimashita, honto ne. A respectful bow. D Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted January 31, 2019 Maybe this is the 'Border and the Wall'............but it is almost too tidy - real life seems much more messy. My interpretation but excellent image as always Jack. Link to comment
