Ken, this image is representative of one of my favorite photographic subgenres, "metaphotography (photographing another photographer). You've again taken full advantage of the promenade as a popular spot for people to enjoy this amazing location, by capturing not just the man with the cellphone, but also the people busy walking and the one person who's obviously enjoying the beautiful natural offerings. - - My best, michael
