For a street photograph, Supriyo, I find this quite abstract. My guess is you were shooting through a window, which accounts for the figures I see in the center area. I really can't explain the fur pelt surrounding it. Whatever the explanation, the image really drew me in. - - My best always, michael

Indeed, what a surprising furry beaty. Almosit insectoid. Commands respect. Well done!

Michael, thank you very much. I think mannequins and shop windows form an important part of street photography, and most often are used to create contrast with living human subjects. In this case, I decided to forego any reference and just show the mannequin up close and leave the theme sort of open ended. This I think results in the abstract impression that you referred to. I think the tonality plays a role here in imparting mood, as you will see in a later comment, Jack referred to alien. The cool lighting I think alludes to science fiction, which was a result of me changing the color in post processing. I found, the original incandescent lighting made this look more like a mannequin and less an alien beauty. :-)

Thank you Philip! Insectoid ... of course, sounds fitting. A monster hairy hornet? Thank you very much for the comment.

Miguel .. LOL! I love your comment. A furry ninja, warm and cozy, deserves hugging, and .. it’s conscious of it’s own acts. (translated on the web. sorry for any mistranslation.)

Portuguese translation for Miguel: Miguel .. LOL! Eu amo o seu comentário. Um ninja peludo, quente e acolhedor merece abraços e ... está ciente de suas próprias ações. Obrigado por destacar o aspecto de humor do tiro. (traduzido na web. desculpe por qualquer erro de tradução.)

Jack, the dark featureless face that reflects like a spacesuit, the cold lighting, all well fitting to the science fiction/alien theme. Thank you very much for your comment.

In my humble opinion: Only a very sharp eye, a far-reaching vision of photography, a desire to capture some exceptional moment/place/site/color/subject. Quite unique. Treasure it and value it. DG
