Ah, Jack McRitchie, you trickster. Because I'm confident you didn't use software, you must have planted the skeleton in this location once you noticed an available hook. I applaud you for having a sense of humor similar to that of Gene Wilder in "Young Frankenstein." Also, I applaud you for finding a location that includes two very dissimilar components (utility meters and vending machines).

Hilarious - I can't stop smiling... I love the smiling skeletal chap waving good bye to his poor fixed fellows who can't follow him to the party...

Unmistakable Jack McRitchie! I know I've said it before, but I can always spot one of your shots at first glance. I don't know exactly why. I'm guessing for starters its the urban settings (Japanese too), then the visual irony or humor, strong composition . . .

Wow Jack: This is totally mindblowing! So many items altogether, but to me, there seems to be a direct relationship between this oddly placed half-skeleton and the double, redundant threat of electrocution. Is it a warning? Whatever it is, it turns out to be one of your usual challenges to interpretation, projection, and guessing. An exercise not many can achieve with your unique approach to photography, bringing to the forefront and main stage otherwise unnoticed oddities by passers-by. You manage to stop us all from passing by, hold us in front of what you saw through your camera's eyepiece, and invite us to join you in unearth what the hell is going on! Wonderfully challenging as always. DG
