I was drawn by the contrast between the road/trees vs the fallen leaves. You might have used a red or yellow filter to brighten the leaves, which works very well. Its more engaging than most colorful fall photos that we see everywhere. I like the reflections on the tiny road that disappears among the trees and tombstones.

Picking up from Supriyo's comments, I find the contrast quite dramatic. In my opinion, though, there are plenty of bright leaves, especially toward the foreground. As with a visitor walking the path out of the cemetery, hopefully it leads the viewer photographically to a happier place outside the cemetery. Superior b&w work, GC! - - michael

Supriyo and Michael thank for your comments which are always welcome. With reference to the brightness of the leaves they did have some help in post. Lightroom allows the lightning of individual colours during the conversion to B&W. In this case it was the Oranges and Yellows and a little to the Greens as there were a few green leaves. It was raining at the time of capture and the light reflecting off the path in the distance caught my eye. Best regards...................GC.
