Lannie, this image is one of your best, in my opinion. It is rather somber in several respects: the predominance of blacks and dark grays, the peeling paint, the building's overall decrepit appearance, and the foliage's beginning to cover it. Yet, for some unexplained (or unexplainable) reason, I see the image as an homage to the building's staying power. Somehow the image helps it retain its dignity. - - My best always, michael
