Philip Carlo...During my almost three years living in Indonesia,I could see Semeru in the distance on a daily basis while going to work and on occasion would stop briefly to see IT perform its show and like clockwork,at between 20 and 30 minutes,IT would let out a puff sometimes very spectacular depending on the conditions.Unfortunately,like many things you get accustomed to,you take for granted and I now regret not having stopped more often for a quick shot.I did get up closer a few times and have some prints which I will dig out eventually.Glad you like this shot!salutations-Laurent
