Open Water

It's the rhythmic alteration of light and dark tones that animates these swells. There's something hypnotic here that pulls you into these troubled waters.

I'm grateful for your usually thoughtful review, Jack. The sea always has a mesmerizing effect on me, especially when I'm on a vessel moving though open water with no land in sight. When I shot this photo, the light effects weren't quite as noticeable. I enhanced them in post.
