A masterful portrait of peace, Jack. Despite the urban environment in the background, it's easy to ignore it and to concentrate only on the farm. I suspect that one factor that contributes to this atmosphere is the predominance of highlights and midtones, i.e., gentle contrast. Good call to go with b&w.
