gregverena 339 Posted July 12, 2018 Pavel- we enjoy this series- particularly their resemblance to stained glass- are they original works or photos altered with software? Link to comment
ppotocek 0 Posted July 13, 2018 Thank you both for your kind comment. I am not sure, how to answer your question. The images are original works - no copy or duplicate of existing ones. The creation process or workflow of course heavily uses computer(s) and so the software(s) as well. But there is no simple button in PS or Painter to get these.Kind regards, P. gregverena 339 Posted July 13, 2018 Pavel- I meant no criticism, just curious. What I meant was was this a photograph of an original work (like painting, glass art, drawing etc) or , as I think you've said, a photograph of a nude? then altered (quite extensively and artistically and successfully) with software, which, of course, of itself makes it an "original" work . I hope this clarifies the question. Link to comment
ppotocek 0 Posted July 14, 2018 I am fine with your questions. No problem at all. Now I know what you mean. I have to say, that according your description the images are neither original works, neither altered photographs. They are in principle painted using the computer. Does this answer your question? Kind regards, Pavel Link to comment
gregverena 339 Posted July 14, 2018 Yes- and well done! They are sometimes like puzzles, trying to find the hidden figure. Link to comment
