Everything I see points to the conclusion that you shot this photograph in a police station. The suspects are lined up in order of height. They are clearly visible through the pane of one-way glass, so that the witness can identify the perpetrator. Finally, this police department is rather creative in providing a realistic environment which provides a sense of due process for the perp and also makes the witness feel more comfortable. You do see why I was attracted to this image, like so many others of yours. I am compelled to put together a story without any preparation in advance. You create your work in such a way that viewers are compelled to spend sufficient time with each image in order to glean its value; their only option is to move on quickly. (PS A favorite, dressed up in an admire)

Unmistakably, evidently Mr. McRitchie's. The Trademark is all over the orderly array, witty composition. It seems the "items' " shift is over and they are patiently waiting for the little train that will eventually make its stop along the tiny tracks.... :-) Fun, clever photograph. Best regards. DG
