Jack, your pov yields the impression that this cyclist is working against gravity in going uphill. Her facial expression show, to me, that she's working hard, aside from trying to be sly in not allowing you to think she's paying attention to you shooting this photograph. It's entirely appropriate that bicycles are lined up along the sidewalk.
