michaellinder 16,611 Posted March 18, 2018 "Dead serious' - indeed! This person's gaze is bordering on being menacing, as if she's advising any people within eyeshot to give her a clear berth. For whatever it's worth, I think the appearance of quite a few wayward strands of hair supports this interpretation. Was it how you felt when you shot this photograph? Link to comment
andrzejp 6 Posted March 18, 2018 Hi Michael, Thank you so much for you comments. I shot entire series asking Brook for different emotions. I only got the feeling after I looked at the photo on the computer screen. Link to comment
setsail728 14 Posted March 19, 2018 Ya’ see Andrew, that’s the look the model gives you when you have her posing too long without a break!! Dangerous! But it does make for a great photo (if you survive to see it!) Link to comment
andrzejp 6 Posted March 19, 2018 Hi Warren,I know you are just kidding. My models have it easy; good food and drinks and a brake any time they want. That's why I get such great pictures! That's what they eat its delicious!http://www.latulipedesserts.com/ Link to comment
tai 3 Posted March 19, 2018 Your beauty with a serious look is, as always, gorgeous, Andrew! Also I like the background and the over-sized jeans clothes. Bravo! Sincerely, Tatiana Link to comment
andrzejp 6 Posted March 19, 2018 Hi Tatiana,Thank you very much for your visit and compliments. The background is a black seamless papwer lit with two strobes with red filter. Link to comment
Jack_Maegli 0 Posted March 23, 2018 I am thinking you used a snoot for the "wall hanger" facial highlights. Either way, the lighting sets the mood for a very successful shot, and I like the slightly air blown hair. Looks like a lot of work went into this Link to comment
andrzejp 6 Posted March 23, 2018 Hi Jack, Thanks for noticing. I used Lasko Pro-Performance High Velocity Utility Fan since it is much more directional than regular fan. Two strobes with zoom reflectors with red filter to lit black backdrop paper and Elinchrom Rotalux Octabox (175cm place at 45 deg for the front light. Link to comment
frere_jean_pierre 44 Posted March 26, 2018 The expression of your model is reinforced by the light which is perfect. Congratulation Link to comment
