I'm not sure if the subject is the woman or the textures. You've done a great job of capturing a bunch of contrasting textures, but the highlights in the frame compete with the model for attention. If the subject is the textures, good job! If the subject is the model, I think you should dial down the highlights in the frame.

You have a point, but if you look at the frame and not at the model you are easily distracted.

It is the lady in the image that draws the eye and hold it. After a while the eye roams to find interesting textures. They help the image to hold the eye a little longer but do not compete with the subject to which the eye returns. At best the textures can be considered counterpoints.
