To begin, the title is perfect. Yet, the image easily could retain its interest and strength without it. The shapes and patterns are so fascinating that I've just now completed about a 15 minute view which was designed to ensure I didn't miss anything. And there are just enough highlights to allow the colors to present themselves. Laurent, just when I think your work has reached its zenith, I end up realizing that I was wrong. - - Best, michael

Michael,,,,Thank you for the very kind observation. Not much technique involved in seizing these frost designs;this one was at sunrise and the secret(if a secret) is to move slightly till the refraction is at max and shoot. The ice built-up is on the storm door so this has to be shot quickly as the glass starts to fog up the instant you open the inner door and the heat hits the glass pane;the rest is done in PP to max out the visual effect. It has been so cold here in the last little while,so my photo activities have been limited to these....a lot of these as you can tell from my posts.Salutations-Laurent

Cher Laurent: Meilleurs salutations! I take the opportunity to send you my best wishes for this 2018.

I was not at all surprised when I went over this delicious, wonderful image and saw the name of the author. What I mean is that the image immediately pulled me in to inspect it closer and I immediately realized the high quality and refined taste characteristic of your work. Congratulations! Best regards. Laurent,

What a feast for the eye! Just a beautiful creation from a very artistic imagination!! This would be a nice one to enlarge and hang on a wall. Very nice work!
