Interesting children's portrait and the moment!

Hi Svetlana..Thank you very kindly for your observation.Our daughter who is now 48 years old was 2 when I took this on slide while she was dressed up with her mother's things including a wig.The quality of the image reflects the scan from slide a few years ago and just now a scan from the small print but I will re-do this when I can re-scan the slide. Laurent, please don't re-scan the slide. I have little doubt that the resulting image would have a very different atmosphere than this one. To me, it resembles photographs taken during the era of my grandparents. Its atmosphere is the result of subtle noise that produced minute artifacts, I suspect. The framing is dramatic. - - michael

Michael,..Glad you like.I originally scanned this and many other slides way back,maybe almost 20 years ago and, after having selected from the frames available in my Photosmart kit,I printed them on my kit printer and stached them away in an album which we stumbled upon after Christmas dinner.Just for fun,I scanned the small print and it came out with all this noise;I also tried a sepia toned version and it turned out somewhat better but the color version was best suited for the era.Salutations-Laurent
