Hi Wayne..Thank you kindly.Winter is trying to set in and weather has been terrible(cocktail of rain, snow, winds and cold) so I fall back on this little uninsulated artist window which comes up with surprising offerings on a daily basis.Salutations-Laurent

Cher Laurent. J'espere que vous avais un bon weekend. I guess that much in viewing other people's photographs has much to do with personal taste, that is, in my opinion, that one is drawn to what one likes, and therefore hard to stay totally objective when judging or deciding upon such and such a photograph for a contest or a recognition of some sort. A lengthy preamble to say that your image caught my eye immediately, and pleasantly surprised when I discovered it is your work, always interesting, and with lots of photographic merit. Trying to describe the obvious in this beautiful photo would be to dissolve its impression upon others. Bravo!

Daniel...You are always too kind and over-evaluate my artistic talent...but I do really appreciate,In this transition season, good photo opprtunities are few and far apart and my fallback subject is that little artistic un-insulated window in my house which delivers a different design based on the overnight cold.I just take it from there and toy with it in PP until it looks attractive enough to post.Salutations-Laurent

Cher Laurent: As I have said often in the many photographs I look at in PN, I say what I feel, but always from a very objective - but sincere and careful thought - point of view. Therefore, based on your excellent and creative photographic work, I honestly do not believe this is over-valuing your images. In any case, it is my humble opinion and comments derived from almost half a century (shy by two years) of being fully immersed in photography, always in an amateur way, but taking it as seriously as a professional. So, thank you for allowing me to reply and the opportunity to explain why I praise your photography. Best regards and best wishes for this Holiday Season. DG
