Lock abstract

I still find it amazing how changing the perspective of a photograph can lead to a radically different effect. Had you shot this with the door and frame being vertical, these elements very possibly would have taken center stage instead of the padlock. As it is, the image gains much strength from an effective tonal range, detail, and textural variety.
