Wayne Sadler 554 Posted November 22, 2017 I probably should not have been surprised to find the famous Bridge of Sighs (Ponte dei Sospiri) in Venice a drab scene. Every picture I have ever seen of this bridge was drab - lacking in color and interest. The bridge and the Prison and Doge’s Palace it connects appear to be made of dingy white limestone stained with years of soot. So you could probably forgive me for taking liberties with this scene and painting what I wanted to see. Link to comment
