I really like this amazingly diverse, expressive landscape, Michael! Five plans - in one! Everyone is good and can be self-sufficient. You surprised me again. Congratulations! Sincerely, Tatiana

Hi Michael, I was just browsing your portfolio and I found this one particularly striking! The silhouetted figures on the pale rocks really draw the eye from the detailed foreground and moody sky. Very well done!

To repeat, I'm glad you're back, Alf. I really appreciate your feedback on this image, specially given your predilection for landscape work. - - My best, michael

David, I agree with your comment. One element that often (not necessarily always) adds interest and humanity to a landscape shot is at least one person. Many thanks, michael

Hello Michael: I had passed several times on commenting on this image until I reviewed your portfolio as I was surely missing something or not looking at the photo more carefully. At first, the "now" very interesting human figures, like dancing primitives festive atop a rock, started making sense and balancing the photo. Without the figures, this would be a beautiful, powerful landscape, complementing the sky's texture to that of the rock. Of course, for me BW makes it more dramatic and compelling. Beautiful. DG
